Collective Exhibition | 'Saveurs et Amertume' Unites 17 Artists Around Gustatory Memory

Seventeen visual artists and culinary creator Myriam Meliani gather on Thursday, October 15 at 5 p.m. for the opening of the exhibition 'Saveurs et Amertume'. Between art works and gustatory experience, the event explores memory, heritage and the symbolism of earthly foods. The organizers comment: 'These traditions, these transmissions, these specificities of taste, of flavors, these immemorial skills structure a culture, a civilization, a people and a memory. The foods themselves carry symbolism, and choices are never neutral.'
