Good news — Flash Radio shares this positive update with you: Eleven Tunisian startups, emerging from the country's thriving technological ecosystem, will be supported by the ICE Agency at the Maker Faire Rome, scheduled from October 23 to 25, 2026, as part of the Italian leg of the Lab Innova for Africa 'Luca Attanasio' program. According to the organizers, this participation constitutes the international dimension of a journey initiated in June in Tunis; it aims to transform managerial training into concrete opportunities for internationalization, partnership, and access to European markets.
The mission is part of the 6th edition of the Lab Innova for Tunisia Startup, promoted by the ICE Agency in collaboration with the commercial service of the Italian Embassy in Tunis, the Tunisian Ministry of Communication Technologies, the Tunisian Startups Association, and the main technological hubs of the country. The program included an initial phase of training in Tunis from June 8 to 12, as well as a study trip to Italy in October, including activities in Rome and Naples, in addition to participation in the Maker Faire.
Strengthening the Startup Ecosystem in Tunisia In Tunisia, the startup ecosystem has developed in recent years around digital technologies, artificial intelligence, fintech, cybersecurity, agritech, greentech, the Internet of Things (IoT), and medtech.
